Please note: Refunds are only offered if cancellations are made two weeks prior to event date to the director in writing, as there are limited spots for this event.
Both an application and payment are required to reserve a spot for a specific confirmed dated event, and cannot be transferred to a future event. An application only does not hold a spot.

If you can't attend one of our events and want to be notified about future events, please send us an application only to be put on our first to notify list!
We hold these events several times a year due to the popularity of these for students.
