To reserve a spot for a specific event, both an application and payment are required. Registration is for a specific date, and cannot be transferred to a future event unless you find a student to replace. Refunds will only be issued if the director is notified of cancellation in writing via email at least three weeks before the event date.
If a class does not have enough students enroll, or the director for some reason needs to move the date, then tuition will be refunded at no charge to you in this instance. We are required to coordinate with the venue and staff well in advance of each event, so we don't allow last minute cancellations, so that we can kindly honor our commitments to others.
