This class is packed with fun games and educational activities for elementary/middle school boys and girls ages 6-10 and/or students currently in grades 1st-5th. This class teaches and reinforces great manners!
Our Gravette event for April 29th is now full, so registration is closed. Elementary Manners 101 (1.5 hour event) Monday, April 29th 3:45pm to 5:15pm Lion Community Learning Center, Gravette Cost: $35.00 plus $3.00 PayPal fee An application and payment are needed to secure a spot. Fill out the application, and then select the gold button for payment. Class size is limited. Topics will include: Table manners, handshakes, conversation skills, giving sincere compliments, and more with engaging activities and games. Light refreshments provided as we work on table manners skills, so be sure to note any allergies.
Our next BRJC classes will be the summer of 2024. Registration for these events will occur after April 30th. We are hoping to offer Manners 101 and Manners 101-Part 2. Cost for 2.5 hour summer classes: $45.00, plus $3.00 PayPal fee. Manners 101-Part 2 will be new topics for those that completed the first class, as many students are asking to come again. (Which we love by the way!) Learning manners should always be fun! Send us an email or an application if you are interested, and we will notify you first when dates are confirmed, as these classes tend to fill very quickly.
Topics to be covered this summer in our 2.5 hour class will include, but not limited to: How manners can be your superpowers Handshakes and Introductions How to maintain great eye contact with adults and other students Improving Conversation Skills Table manners 101: Setting the table, cutting food properly, how to behave properly in a restaurant, etc. Making and keeping good friends Party manners: Extending Invitations/RSVP's/Duties as a Party Host or Hostess Guest manners to remember when you are invited somewhere Listening to others intently without interrupting
Class size is limited. This class is recommended for students ages 6-10. This is a drop-off/pick-up event for students.
Both an application and payment are required to reserve a spot for a specific dated event, and registration cannot be transferred to a future event without two weeks prior notice. Refunds are only offered if director is notified of cancellation in writing by email at least two weeks prior to the event date.
