I hereby consent to (or am the parent consenting for my child) and authorize the use and reproduction by Bentovnille-Rogers Junior Cotillion (BRJC) of photographs which have been taken of me/my child during this event. Pictures may be used on brochures, marketing materials or website. No names will be used or added to the images.
Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds for any reason once registration is complete. Please check your family calendar carefully before registering to ensure your student's availability. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we honor our commitments to our venues and staff!
